Frequently Asked Questions

How are your beers crafted?

Malted Grains: Brewers start with malted grains, usually barley, which are steeped in hot water to create a sugary liquid called "wort." Wort Boiling: The wort is then boiled, and hops are added for bitterness, flavor, and aroma. Fermentation: The cooled wort is transferred to a fermentation vessel, and yeast is added. The yeast converts the sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Conditioning: After fermentation, the beer is conditioned, which may involve further aging or clarification. Packaging: Finally, the beer is packaged in bottles, cans, or kegs.

Can I take beer home with me?

Yes, Rueggenbach Brewing Co. sells beer to go. You can purchase our beers in 32oz crowlers and 6-packs.
